about the artists:
VJ Chaometric makes his way from the Netherlands where is his one of the residents at Amsterdam’s Supperclub. Through his work in visuals, film, paintings, and drawings he aims to bring about a “Helvetica Empire” (referring to both a fictious past and typographic elements of the written word) to give expression and emotion to geometry, typography, and graphic.
Karmatic is mulitmedia artist Julyo and musician Keith Patchell. Taking the first step toward an integrated brain/computer interface, these hapless victims of an alien abduction will be VJing via brainwaves using the IBVA and Julyo’s custom Photosonic Guitar, a device that translates sound frequencies into light frequencies.
FMT collaborates with KeniMattix, an acrobatic strength and balancing duo that offers an unforgettable performance. Through their unique combination of innovative sculptural choreography and precision body mechanics, KeniMattix celebrates the versatility, power, and equilibrium of the human body.
EyeWash is an event where VJs and Video artists perform live-mix video, present audio visual performances in collaboration with Audio artists, workshop performance involving video and technology.
