Everyone was waxed, smashed, and splashing around as if in a gay version of a Busby Berkeley aquacade, minus the jeweled headdresses and synchronized wrist action.

A lot less dignified, this party featured clubby music, artistic light projections, and lots of thin, muscled and hair-deficient young men stripping to their fancy undies and jumping into a heated, bar-side pool. The effect was amazing. Gay boys hopping in and out of showers mingled barefoot with dignified ladies in cocktail dresses and their very het’ro boyfriends….”
